- Register in the helpers-system and sign up for two 5-hour shifts for a weekend ticket or in one 5-hours shift for a day ticket or an upgrade from a 1-day ticket to a 3-day ticket. After that, we will upload your voucher link for a weekend ticket to your account.
Important! You do not need to buy a regular ticket. Everything related to the Helfi ticket will be handled via the voucher link.
- Please check on your own when the voucher is available. We will not send you a separate notification.
- Once the voucher is available, you can purchase your Helfi ticket in our ticket-shop. The purchase price serves as a deposit and will be refunded after the event.
- You will receive all relevant information about your shift in the Helfi system. Please check the news channel in the Helfi system regularly or activate email notifications in your account.
- During the festival, the info point or your shift contact person must check off your shift after you’ve completed it so that the refund can be processed later. Please remind us if necessary, so this doesn’t get overlooked in the festival activities.
- Your refund will be processed no later than one week after the festival.
